Telcowin x Whatfix: Digital Adoption as the Missing Piece for Business Transformation and Success

Telcowin and Whatfix recently hosted an invite-only event to discuss the fundamentals of digital adoption and the need for it as the missing piece of the puzzle for a successful business transformation and success. The event was held at NOBU KL, a luxurious renowned Japanese restaurant, and was attended by business leaders from various industries.

The event kicked off with a simple origami session with the guests. They were first given a time limit and only given a physical guide to how the output should look. After the first phase was completed, they were given a new set of origami sheets with a step-by-step guide on how to create the same output. This exercise showed that step-by-step guidance can increase adoption and productivity in any situation.
