Telcowin x Whatfix: Digital Adoption as the Missing Piece for Business Transformation and Success
Telcowin and Whatfix recently hosted an invite-only event to discuss the fundamentals of digital adoption and the need for it as the missing piece of the puzzle for a successful business transformation and success. The event was held at NOBU KL, a luxurious renowned Japanese restaurant, and was attended by business leaders from various industries.
The event kicked off with a simple origami session with the guests. They were first given a time limit and only given a physical guide to how the output should look. After the first phase was completed, they were given a new set of origami sheets with a step-by-step guide on how to create the same output. This exercise showed that step-by-step guidance can increase adoption and productivity in any situation.
The keynote speech was by Telcowin’s CEO, Hafiz Izwan. Hafiz discussed the importance of digital adoption and how it can help businesses improve their bottom line. He also highlighted the key challenges that businesses face when adopting new digital technologies.
Raj Sundarason, the author of The DAP Strategy book and Whatfix’s Leader for APAC, led the presentation on the fundamentals and capabilities of digital adoption. He also highlighted the key challenges that businesses face when adopting new digital technologies.
The event also featured June Lee, the Head of Marketing for Taylor’s University. She shared her experience and thoughts on the role of leadership in digital adoption, the importance of employee training, and the best practices for measuring the success of digital adoption initiatives.
