How We Started

Telcowin started its humble beginnings in 2007 as a digital asset management vendor providing solutions and implementation for document digitisation services. Servicing a wide range of clients from government agencies and GLC’s to assist them in converting their physical documents to digital assets when Malaysia was at the peak of transitioning its business management during the Digital Revolution.

Throughout the years of experience within the IT industry and moving together with the current digital trends, in 2012 Telcowin embarked on its journey to build its expertise around the Salesforce® ecosystem delivering digital marketing solutions using the #1 CRM brand in the world. 

Driven by love for technology and backed by one of the world’s best technology it is not surprising that the abbreviations of TELCOWIN represents “TEL” as Telling, “CO” as Companies and “Win” signifies How to Win. Together with our committed and talented team, we have progressed from strength to strength and success to success as a result of our collaborations with our esteemed clients.

We aim to continuously work hand-in-hand with Salesforce, sharpening the value of the Salesforce ecosystem by partnering with other accelerators platforms as well as building our own in-house solutions to enhance the usage and development of the Salesforce ecosystem by delivering the most innovative and cost-effective solution-fit offerings to clients both local and international.
