Digital Adoption Consultant
A Day In A Life of….
I seek to advocate and grow Digital Adoption as a part of Telcowin with internal team members or external clients. I would also spend time thinking strategically about potential opportunities and growth pathways, to put that into action steps with WalkMe as an initial focus product to drive Digital Adoption and automation. This includes building use cases for current and potential clients in order to build value for the respective business.
What Are You Passionate About?
I used to play dodgeball competitively. I enjoy a whole spectrum of music from 90s music, to jazz, to house, to EDM and many more genres. I gravitate toward sustainable, responsible practices, and emphasise on the need for each and every person to be treated equally as a human being.
What Motivates You?
What keeps me motivated is an open, supportive, collaborative culture and a clear vision of the foreseeable future as a common goal between all parties to achieve together.

The fun and collaborative culture in Telcowin where everyone is approachable and casual, yet professional where needed. Everyone is also very open, which makes things rather transparent and allows for better communication and feedback loops.
Toughest Challenge You’ve Had in Your Career?
My background is in marketing, but I have spent time in the business analyst realm, which required me to understand technicality, and explore into the realm of tech. This switch was particularly hard as I had no foundational background, and through reading, learning and supported training, I was able to run not only in a business analyst capacity but in an agile environment with scrum methodology.
How Have Your Career Grown Since Working with Telcowin or Where Do You See Yourself in the Future with Telcowin?
Given that i’ve only been with Telcowin for 2 months, I think that this has not yet made any significant career growth in my career, but it certainly builds a strong foundation in the direction I’m hoping to head towards, which is a product owner/business owner role. I would be able to, with the empowerment I see in Telcowin, collaborate and grow a new business revenue stream which is Digital Adoption and grow it through the nation, or even better, the APAC region.
If You Could Be A Fictional Character Who Would You Chose?
Parzival from Ready Player One – Observant and thinks out of the box, to solve problems and tackle difficult situations. Alternatively, Will Salas from In Time – Protects the vulnerable, strong willed and has a philanthropic character to take care of the welfare and diminish inequality.

It is a steep learning curve for me as I am running change management on my own so far. First hand experience is valuable because i can learn a lot.
