Apple vs Windows
In the latest episode of Telcowin Tech Talk, we spoke to Telcowin’s Director of Consulting Services, Naveen and Telcowin’s Solutions Architect, Fahmin. The reason these two gentlemen were picked was because we were informed that Naveen was a Windows user while Fahmin is an Apple fanboy. However, this discussion took a strange turn when Naveen admitted that he was a Windows user for twenty two years, from working within the manufacturing industry, however he has since become a Mac user from having worked in Telcowin.
The reason why we at Telcowin mainly use Apple products is because we take data security very seriously. Naveen says that regardless, he is comfortable with using both the Apple OS and Windows.
On the other hand, Fahmin’s love affair with Mac and Apple products began when he was living in the US in 2012. He would watch Youtubers talk about various Apple products and this led him to dream about owning a Mac one day. As fate would have it, one day Fahmin accidentally spilled water all over his Windows laptop and was conveniently forced to buy a Mac.
Naveen looks back to the days when he had to use floppy disks to transfer data from one platform to another. That said, he still goes back to Windows when handling trainings for Telcowin’s customers.
